Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch ranges from 8- 15 days

Europe: 1-2 Weeks (Brexit may cause delays)

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Sizing details
All designs come in sizes ranging from 4 -8 UK women sizes. If you would like a smaller or larger size please get in touch and i will do my best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee exact styles.
Care instructions
All design are water resistant but avoid wearing in heavy rain, snow or mud as this can cause the colors to bleed and accents like spikes to fall off. If they do get very wet, pat them dry with kitchen roll or towels.
Custom and Personalised orders
Drop me a line if you have a special design in mind that you would like me to create. You can also pick from previous designs listed in the shop and have it on a different shoe style like wedges, flats or heels
Gift wrapping and packaging
If your item is a gift let me know when you check out and I will gift wrap with ribbon, tags and paper. This is a free service. All packaging is recyclable.

All items in my store are inspired by popular Fairytale, Comic Book and Story Book characters.
They are not affiliated with Disney, Warner Brothers or DC and are not considered official merchandise of these companies.
All fabrics used in designs are official TM Designs by said companies but are not considered merchandise.
